TERMS OF SERVICE FOR KOMSHU

  1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Komshu, a mobile game developed and published by Strike Button.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Komshu, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, access, or use the game.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You may use Komshu only if you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are not legally able to enter into this agreement independently, you may use Komshu only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the use of Komshu by children under their supervision.

  1. LICENSE TO USE THE GAME

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Strike Button grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use Komshu for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not transfer ownership of Komshu or any part of the game to you.

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game
  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the game
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the game
  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
  • Use the game for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to bypass security, technical restrictions, or access controls
  • Use unauthorized software, scripts, bots, cheats, exploits, or automation tools
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the game or related services
  1. GAMEPLAY AND USER CONDUCT

You agree to use Komshu fairly and lawfully.

You must not:

  • Exploit errors, bugs, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
  • Attempt to manipulate purchases, rewards, advertisements, virtual currency, or game progress
  • Submit false purchase, refund, deletion, or support requests
  • Use the game in a way that could damage, overload, disrupt, or impair the game or related services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, servers, or data
  • Use the game to violate the rights of Strike Button, another user, or any third party

Strike Button may take reasonable action against abuse, fraud, cheating, security threats, or violations of these terms.

  1. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND VIRTUAL ITEMS

Komshu may include virtual currency, rewards, cosmetic items, gameplay items, unlockable content, or other virtual goods.

Virtual currency and virtual items:

  • Are licensed rather than sold
  • Exist only within the game
  • Have no monetary or real-world value
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or legal currency
  • Cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or assigned unless the game expressly allows it
  • Do not represent ownership of any physical or digital property outside the game

Strike Button may change the availability, price, function, balance, quantity, or characteristics of virtual currency and virtual items when reasonably necessary for game balance, security, legal compliance, or continued operation of the game.

Except where required by law, unused virtual currency and virtual items are not refundable or redeemable for money.

  1. IN-APP PURCHASES

Komshu may offer optional in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed through the platform from which you downloaded the game, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment terms and conditions of the relevant platform.

Strike Button does not directly receive or store your complete payment card number, banking credentials, or payment account details.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks may be handled by the platform provider.

Refund requests must generally be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made, subject to applicable law and the platform’s refund policies.

You are responsible for purchases made through your device or platform account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. ADVERTISING

Komshu may display advertisements provided by Unity Ads or other advertising services.

Advertisements may be provided, selected, measured, and secured by third-party advertising providers.

Strike Button does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of third-party advertisements, products, websites, or services.

Your interactions with an advertiser or third-party service are between you and that third party.

Information relating to advertising and data processing is described in the Privacy Policy for Komshu.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Komshu may use or interact with third-party services, including:

  • Unity Technologies services
  • Unity Ads
  • Google Play Services
  • Google Play Billing
  • Apple App Store services
  • Apple In-App Purchase services
  • Device operating system services

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and technical requirements.

Strike Button is not responsible for the availability, operation, content, security, or independent conduct of third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. GAME DATA AND PROGRESS

Game progress, settings, virtual currency, rewards, and other gameplay information may be stored locally on your device or through supported third-party services.

Deleting the game, clearing application data, resetting your device, changing devices, losing access to a platform account, or modifying device storage may result in permanent loss of locally stored data.

Strike Button does not guarantee that game progress or other locally stored information can be recovered.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, platform account, and any backups made available through your device or platform.

  1. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE GAME

Strike Button may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of Komshu.

Updates may be required to continue using the game.

Changes may include:

  • Gameplay adjustments
  • Bug fixes
  • Security improvements
  • Changes to virtual items or virtual currency
  • New or removed features
  • Compatibility updates
  • Advertising changes
  • Technical infrastructure changes

Strike Button does not guarantee that every feature, item, reward, service, or version of the game will remain available permanently.

Where required by applicable law, changes affecting purchased digital content or mandatory consumer rights will be handled in accordance with those laws.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Komshu and all associated content are owned by or licensed to Strike Button.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Software and source code
  • Game design and mechanics
  • Graphics and visual elements
  • Characters
  • Animations
  • Music and sound effects
  • Text and dialogue
  • Logos and branding
  • User interface elements
  • Names and fictional elements
  • Updates and downloadable content

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted to you except for the limited right to use the game under these Terms of Service.

  1. FEEDBACK

You may voluntarily send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback to Strike Button.

By submitting feedback, you allow Strike Button to use, reproduce, adapt, and implement that feedback without payment or obligation to you.

You retain ownership of any original rights you legally hold in the material you submit.

  1. PRIVACY

The collection and processing of information connected with Komshu are described in the Privacy Policy for Komshu.

By using Komshu, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in the policies of relevant third-party service providers.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Strike Button may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Komshu or related services if reasonably necessary because of:

  • A violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Cheating or exploitation
  • Security risks
  • Technical requirements
  • Platform requirements
  • Legal obligations
  • Discontinuation of the game or a related service

You may stop using Komshu at any time by deleting the game from your device.

Termination does not create a right to payment or compensation except where required by applicable law.

  1. AVAILABILITY

Komshu is provided based on current technical and commercial availability.

Strike Button does not guarantee that the game will:

  • Always be available
  • Operate without interruption
  • Be completely free from errors or bugs
  • Work on every device or operating system
  • Remain compatible with future software or hardware
  • Preserve all locally stored data
  • Provide every feature in every country or region

Maintenance, updates, platform outages, internet failures, third-party service failures, security incidents, or events outside Strike Button’s reasonable control may affect availability.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Komshu is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Strike Button makes no guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every user or purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strike Button will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, Komshu.

This may include loss of game progress, virtual currency, virtual items, data, profits, business opportunities, or device functionality.

Strike Button is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Unauthorized access to your device or platform account
  • Loss or replacement of your device
  • Deletion of locally stored game data
  • Third-party services
  • Internet or platform outages
  • Modifications made to your device
  • Use of unsupported software or hardware
  • Conduct that violates these Terms of Service

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country.

  1. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of Komshu or your material violation of these Terms of Service.

This section does not apply where such responsibility cannot legally be imposed on a consumer.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if you are a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws of the country in which you normally reside.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from using dispute resolution methods or courts that must remain available to you under applicable consumer law.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Strike Button may update these Terms of Service to reflect:

  • Changes to Komshu
  • New features or services
  • Changes to third-party services
  • Security or technical requirements
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Changes to business operations

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Where required by law, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of Komshu after updated terms take effect means that you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where legally possible.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy for Komshu and any applicable platform terms, form the agreement governing your use of Komshu.

Platform rules and mandatory laws may apply in addition to these terms.
